Day 1: NAIROBI – Giraffe Manor
On arrival in Nairobi, you will be met at the Airport by AFRICAN CLASSIC ESCAPES representative and transferred to the Giraffe Manor, situated on 120 acres of forested land, just eight miles from the city centre.

Giraffe Manor was built in 1932 and is now managed and operated by Rick Anderson, son of Betty leslie Melville, the co-founder of AFEW. Generations of the endangered Rothschild's Giraffe have been raised here and occasionally visit the manor for treats.

Day 2/3: SAMBURU – Elephant Bedroom Camp
After breakfast, transfer to Wilson airport for your flight to Samburu National Reserve your home for the next two nights. Upon arrival in Samburu reserve, your naturalist will drive you to your luxurious camp for check in with a game drive enroute.
Set on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River in Samburu National Reserve and surrounded by doum palms, beautiful indigenous trees and shrubs sits Elephant Bedroom Camp, a small and exclusive camp of 12 luxury tents - all furnished in rustic African style while offering all the comforts expected of a luxury camp.

Day 4: MAASAI MARA – Mara Explorer Camp
A fter breakfast at your luxurious camp, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Maasai Mara National Reserve. The Maasai Mara is world famous for its black-manned lions and the annual migration of the wildebeest, listed as one of the eight natural wonders of the modern world.
Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to Mara Explorer Camp, a luxury canvas getaway on its own private peninsula with the Talek meandering around it. Mara Explorer guides, from the local Maasai and communities will accompany you on day and night game drives, bush walks, bird watching trips, picnics, sundowners and cultural visits. This is the Africa of which you have a dreamed.

Day 5/6: MAASAI MARA - Mara Explorer Camp
Days spent game-viewing in the reserve with morning and afternoon shared game drives. Maasai Mara is a classic savannah & grassland area, where animals are plentiful and the vistas spectacular. In this dreamlike land, animals live in freedom, and the Maasai tend their cattle, all sharing the same land with minimal conflict. You will have three days of wildlife-viewing opportunities in the Maasai Mara Reserve, also known as the “Jewel of Africa,” a site with one of the largest and the most spectacular animal migrations in the world.

Day 7:
After a buffet breakfast at your hotel, your driver will transfer you to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi. You may do your optional last minutes’ shopping and short city tour, followed thereafter by an evening transfer to the airport for your onward flight. Bid farewell to your driver guides and naturalist and promise to make a comeback in the near future.
